1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using ScoutSEO (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What ScoutSEO does
ScoutSEO connects to your Google Search Console ("GSC") property with your permission, imports your performance data, and analyzes it to surface notable changes and explain them with supporting evidence. ScoutSEO requests read-only access to GSC and never modifies your Search Console configuration or data.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may disconnect ScoutSEO's access to your Google Search Console at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Service "as is"
ScoutSEO is currently offered in beta, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Investigations and narration are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect; they are a starting point for your own analysis, not a guarantee of accuracy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
